4a. AI Sub-Processors and Google User Data
VOQUA.AI integrates the following AI providers, which may process Google user data on behalf of users when Google account integrations are enabled. None of these providers use Google user data to train their foundational models, in full compliance with Google's Limited Use of User Data policy:
- OpenAI – Chat, vision, function calling, and streaming (enterprise customers with specific requirements)
- Anthropic (Claude) – Chat, vision, function calling, and streaming (enterprise customers with specific requirements)
- Google AI (Gemini) – Chat, vision, function calling, and streaming (enterprise customers with specific requirements)
- xAI (Grok) – Chat, function calling, and streaming (enterprise customers with specific requirements)
- Mistral AI – Chat, function calling, and streaming (enterprise customers with specific requirements)
- Cohere – Chat and streaming (enterprise customers with specific requirements)
- AWS Bedrock (Amazon Nova Sonic) – Platform default for voice interactions; also provides access to additional models (Claude via Bedrock, Llama, Titan) for enterprise use cases
All AI sub-processors listed above are contractually prohibited from using Google user data for training purposes.
5. Data Security
We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your information, including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, role-based access controls, comprehensive audit logging, and mandatory multi-factor authentication. Our infrastructure is designed in alignment with SOC 2 Type II Trust Service Criteria — formal attestation is in progress. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@voqua.ai. We will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days of such a request, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.

For customers using VOQUA.AI for healthcare-related purposes, we offer HIPAA-compliant configurations. We will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with covered entities and business associates as required by HIPAA. Please contact privacy@voqua.ai to request a BAA.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data that may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. SMS / Text Messaging
When you provide your mobile number at signup or when booking through VOQUA, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your account and appointments — including booking confirmations, reminders, account notifications, and one-time verification codes (OTP). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in or consent information with any third parties. Your mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you have requested; where downstream providers (such as our messaging carrier) are used to deliver those messages, they are contractually restricted to that purpose and prohibited from using your information for their own marketing.
